The rovers on Mars actually move very slowly. They take lots of photos and do scientific experiments to find out about the rocks. The Curiosity rovers top speed is 0.09mph, that means it only moves about 200 meters each day. In the 8 years it has been exploring Mars it has travelled about 8.6km.

The Rosalind Franklin rover that will arrive in 2023 is a little bit faster, it has a top speed of 3mph!
